World Kindness Day is on Tuesday, November 13th! With all of the stress and negativity that we tend to focus on, it’s healthy to take a step back and realize how much positivity surrounds us on a daily basis.
The upcoming holiday season is a great time to practice kindness, while also encouraging this way of thinking to others (like family and friends). You can do this in easy, little ways throughout your week!
Being kind is as simple as holding the door for the person walking in behind you or even giving up your seat on the train in the morning for someone who looks even more tired than you. Partaking in these gestures daily, might help others follow in your steps.
