So, the warm weather is here which means fun summer/spring activities are approaching. This ALSO means smoothies will be your drink of choice when you need to hydrate after a long day at the beach.
You’re going to want to switch up your drinks from hot coco to iced coffees and (of course) smoothies, to embrace the warmness of the season.
Smoothies are great for all times of the day. You can blend one up as your breakfast booster, make one your mid-day snack, or even use them as a healthy refresher for after the gym session you just killed. There’s so many different types to create and try, as well. Mix up your favorite fruits and veggies to figure out your drink of choice.
