Williams-Sonoma Recipe: Turkey with All the Trimmings Sandwich

Try this flavorful sandwich that incorporates everything already on the Thanksgiving table to savor the start of the holiday season. From Williams-Sonoma: Best of Thanksgiving.

Prep Time: 10 minutes • Serves 2

4 slices coarse country bread
Olive oil
½ cup (5 oz/155 g) Port- Spiked Cranberry Sauce or Cranberry- Orange Relish
About 6 oz (185 g) sliced roasted turkey
½ cup (2 oz/60 g) stuffing
¼ cup (2 fl oz/60 ml) gravy, warmed

Brush 1 side of each bread slice with oil. Spread the cranberry sauce on the oiled sides, dividing evenly. Divide the turkey evenly between 2 slices of the bread. Top the turkey with the stuffing and gravy, dividing them evenly. Place the remaining bread slices on top, cranberry sauce side down.

Cut each sandwich in half and serve right away.
