Cavewomen Don’t Get Fat Recipe: Paleo Fruit Bars

Makes 16 bars

2 cups dates, pitted
1 cup nuts, such as almonds, cashews, or pecans
1 cup dried cranberries

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until mixed thoroughly. Pour mixture into an 8 x 8–inch pan and evenly press across bottom of pan. Refrigerate until set and then cut into bars. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
