KEY INGREDIENT: Chamomile Tea
Chamomile tea has been widely recommended to anyone hoping to reduce stress. Caffeine-free and packed with phytochemicals that soothe the body’s fight-or-flight response, chamomile tea has a calming effect on both body and mind. Chamomile tea can increase the serotonin and melatonin levels in your body, which can help eliminate worry and stress while making you feel calmer and less anxious. Chamomile tea also helps fight insomnia, a symptom of stress, by helping you fall asleep faster and waking up more refreshed. With its phytochemicals that contribute to the body’s natural stress-relieving hormone production, chamomile tea can be combined with nutrient-dense clean foods for a healing diet that not only relieves stress but also protects the body from degrading toxins. Light and crisp, chamomile tea makes for the perfect pairing with apple cider vinegar.
