Blue Cantaloupe Chamomile with ACV Recipe

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 cup blueberries
1 cup chopped cantaloupe
1 cup ice
2 cups chamomile tea prepared with purified water (pH-balanced), cooled

1 Combine all the ingredients in a large blender.

2 Blend the ingredients on high until thoroughly combined and frothy.

3 Consume immediately or store tightly sealed and unrefrigerated up to 4 hours.
