KEY INGREDIENT: Banana
Packed with potassium, fiber, magnesium, manganese, and vitamins A, B6, and C, creamy bananas make apple cider vinegar drinks like this one even more delicious and nutritious. The antioxidants and manganese in bananas protect the body from free radical damage, which can lead to premature aging of the skin. The vitamin A in bananas can help restore lost moisture in skin and can aid in repairing damaged or dry skin. Bananas also contain the mineral silica, which is thought to improve hair health and thickness. Helping to maintain a healthy balance of nutrients and essential moisture within the skin’s cells and the hair’s strands, bananas and ACV work hand in hand to ensure that all of the body’s nutrient needs are met with extra enzymes and supportive phytochemicals for maximized benefits. ACV drinks that include all-natural fruits, like bananas, can meet and even exceed the body’s nutritional needs.
