Cookbook authors Kim McCosker and Rachael Bermingham say kids love this easy pizza, but we think adults will go crazy for it, too. From 4 Ingredients Gluten-Free.
2 GF wraps (8-inch)
4 tablespoons GF barbecue sauce
8 ounces roasted chicken, shredded
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Spread the wraps with the sauce. Top with the chicken and sprinkle with the mozzarella.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Optional fillings: For “Meat Lover’s Pizza,” add ham and finely chopped bacon. For “Funghi Pizza,” add thinly sliced mushrooms and substitute pizza sauce for the barbecue sauce. For “Vegetarian Pizza,” omit the chicken and add a selection of antipasti. Put it on a pizza and they will eat it!
