2018 is coming to an end, which means now is the perfect time to kickstart your New Year’s Resolutions for 2019. We know you’re probably focused on cleaning up and winding down after your holiday parties, but now is the perfect time to sit down and think about what you want to accomplish and improve on in the new year.
Starting with a list might be the motivation you need. Want to eat healthier? Go to the gym more? Run a marathon? Put all of these in a classic 2019 New Year’s Resolutions list, so you can check off your progress one by one. Pinpointing your goals now will make it so much easier for when January 1st, 2019 actually comes around (which is in less than a week anyway).
