So, if you’re familiar with Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle brand “Goop,” you may have gotten wind that Netflix will be turning it into a show! The as-yet-untitled series is expected to begin streaming later this year.
The docuseries is expected to include researchers, doctors, and experts on topics that the Goop community covers on the site, and it will be hosted by Paltrow and Goop’s chief content officer, Elise Loehnen.
The brand launched back in 2008 as a source for lifestyle advice. Paltrow has received quite a bit of attention for her brand due to how it covers interesting/shocking wellness topics like steaming your vagina and drinking mushroom coffee for your health. Goop essentially started as a wellness newsletter and has since expanded with a website, podcast, and an online store.
Some of Paltrow’s wellness tips can be described as slightly controversial, making the Netflix show something to watch out for, since it’ll most likely go into detail regarding the logic behind some of these tips.
The brand also features various articles on new workout regiments, home design, mindfulness practices, travel tips, recipes to try out, and detox suggestions. It’s a unique source for anyone looking to switch up their wellness routines.
We’ve compiled a set of 5 books to read that focus on lifestyle suggestions and tips that will help you become the best version of yourself while you await the Goop show’s premiere on Netflix this fall.
