A New Way of Eating
My biggest advice would be to start making small changes first. Try adding in one new serving of fruit or veg a day to start. Blending up a smoothie in the morning is another way to get on the right track for a positive day, while giving you an abundance of goodness and making you glow from the inside out.
One of the questions I get asked most is how you can eat this way if you’re busy, to which the answer is: by being organized. I know it might sound really boring, but stocking your pantry is an essential part of eating well, as it means that whatever happens, you can always whip up something delicious, even with very basic ingredients. I keep a collection of staple items in my cupboards so that I’m never stuck and it makes eating this way so easy. I normally order all these basics online every couple of months to make sure that I always have them. Having these core ingredients in the cupboard makes meals extra delicious and it’s always nice to be eating meals where almost everything is made from scratch, as you know it’s all packed with goodness.
Food tips complete. For dinner, try Ella’s Black Bean Burger recipe or her Middle Eastern-Inspired Salad. If you’re looking for something a bit sweeter a Winter-Spiced Pear and Apple Crumble should do the trick. Or Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam.
