RoseMarie Terenzio, executive assistant to the late JFK Jr. and author of Fairy Tale Interrupted: A Memoir of Life, Love, and Loss, remembers how even though John could be insensitive, he and Carolyn worked through their issues and went from dating to living together within a year.
