Almonds
Eating ten to twelve almonds is the equivalent of taking two aspirins for a migraine headache.

Spinach
Try eating spinach instead of popping a pill. Magnesium is used in the ER to treat migraine attacks, and spinach contains loads of magnesium as well as riboflavin.

Grape Juice
Chugging just one glass of grape juice has been known to relieve migraine headaches almost instantly. No more lying in a dark, quiet room waiting for relief. Chug, chug, chug, chug.

Lime
